Refunds and Changes

All sales are final unless an error is made on our part, such as receiving damaged, defective, or incorrect items. - Return Policy: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt. - RMA Requirement: All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and must be shipped using prepaid transportation.

All rubber parts conform to the standards set by the Rubber Manufacturers Association.

Packaging

  • O-rings are packaged in bulk by default.
  • Individual packaging or lubrication may be requested at the time of order.

Sales Tax

We collect sales tax on orders shipped to California unless a valid reseller permit is provided.

Certification

Certificates of Conformance are available upon request for products.

Warranty

Our liability is limited to the original sale amount. - No Implied Warranties: We do not provide any implied warranties and are not liable for any damages beyond the product price.
