- RFQ, blueprint, and technical data. Files you upload for RFQs (e.g., .STEP, .DWG, .PDF), material specifications, target volumes, delivery schedules, and NDA-related records used to prepare quotes.
- Sample and inquiry correspondence. Details you share when requesting technical samples or material data sheets (TDS), plus the substance of our email and phone conversations with your team.
- Payment information. Payment method and transaction details. Card numbers are processed and stored by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment providers; we do not store full card numbers ourselves.
- Usage and device data. IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring pages, and how you interact with the catalog, gathered through cookies and analytics (see the Cookies section).
