Rubber Dynamics distributes in-stock O-rings, hand grips, extruded cords, plugs, caps, and stoppers to OEM manufacturers. This page explains our shipping policy and the rules for returns and cancellations.
How We Ship Your Order
Shipping fees are prepaid at checkout, and in-stock parts are dispatched fast.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and must be paid with your order. Orders with prepaid shipping are dispatched using the most efficient carrier.
Estimated delivery dates are non-binding approximations and serve as guidelines only.
Report shipping damages promptly. You must report any shipping damages, shortages, or discrepancies within 14 days of delivery by emailing sales@rubberdynamics.com.
Returning or Canceling Stock Items
Eligible in-stock items can be returned within 30 days, with an RMA and valid reason required.
Eligible in-stock items are fully refundable within 30 days of delivery. Claims must involve fulfillment errors or products failing rubber industry standards.
All returns require an authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To request an RMA, email sales@rubberdynamics.com.
- Defective items. We cover all return shipping costs for valid defect claims.
- Non-defective / invalid claims. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Returned or canceled non-defective stock items require written approval and incur a 50% restocking fee.
Custom and Special Orders
Non-stocked and tailor-made parts are subject to stricter cancellation and refund rules.
Specially ordered items cannot be canceled or refunded without prior factory approval.
Tailor-made products are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable.
